I've been renting vacation apartments for several years now. At first, I thought I had everything under control: low prices, constant bookings—that seemed to be enough. To save costs, I hired cleaners on a shoestring. Unfortunately, it quickly became apparent that constant follow-up work, last-minute cancellations, and dissatisfied guests were part of everyday life. Reviews stagnated, and despite my already low daily rates, bookings eventually stopped increasing.
