Kirstin

Kerstin is a hotel professional with extensive experience in leading 4-star and 5-star hotels and 5-star vacation rentals, supporting them in scaling their housekeeping and room design. Over the course of her 22 years of practical experience at renowned hotels such as the Romantik Hotel Landschloss Fasanerie Zweibrücken ****, Hotel Vereina Kloster*****/Switzerland, Hotel Chesa Quadratscha****/Switzerland, and the Red Lion Hotel Salisbury*****/England, she has already taken many properties to the next level and automated their service processes.

She is also a project manager and business English coach.


Thorsten

Thorsten is the company's founder and has extensive experience in construction and facility management. His knowledge of housekeeping, marketing, and leasing strategies gained at four-star hotels in Germany distinguishes him as an expert, which has already resulted in numerous accommodations, more bookings, and thus increased profits. In addition to his many years of practical experience, Thorsten is also a specialist in the renovation of old buildings, a housekeeper trainer, and a vacation rental coach. He has moderated several seminars in hotels on these topics.
